well prolly you are right, but generally sorry to say but the question is, free or not a downtime of 3 days and no explanation, errors related on db and totally disappearing appearing and disappearing of the db, can't give to any person (ANY!) the "safety" that one day this issue can't happen...

the pdo-exstesion is related to php ini is a extension not a installation related to the site! you must asking to x10 if they answer. Pdo extension is a base for drupal... So chomel you don't know that? anyway try that but generally don't work if pdo-extensions related to php to server side...
