Have you tried using the cPanel --> Files --> Disk Space Usage tool to see where there might be a problem? Also, do you have databases that might have grown large (not really sure if cPanel adds dbs in with files).

If you unsuspend yourself before logging in, the system might put you right back in the "to be suspended" queue and then actually suspend you a few days later. You have to log in here, the Forum, first and then go to the Account Panel and unsuspend yourself. You are now unsuspended.

Unfortunately, when accounts remain suspended for 14 days, they are put in a "to be deleted" queue and then deleted. Entirely, files and databases. No backups are kept. Since there is no Free Hosting account currently attached to this forum username, it seems that your account is totally gone...

Something might have messed up the .htaccess files or there was a configuration change on the server that does not make that file the default error page if it exists cPanel --> File Manager Open/create the file .htaccess Add the line ErrorDocument 404 /404.shtml

It will show the old one. You can add the old domain as an add-on. Then, use htaccess to redirect requests for the old URLs to the new ones with a 301 Permanent Redirect . I believe Google will understand that and eventually just have the new URLs.

When you change the domain, the server needs some time (maybe a couple of hours, maybe a bit more) to update its file mapping domain name to account files. Every time you change the domain, the process starts over. That "Server Error" page is a placekeeper until the server can update itself...
