Uhm, telling me what server your on, and maybe a screenshot of the screen your stuck on could give me a clue whats going on. Just telling me it doesn't open could mean that your just not clicking the link, or your mashing the P or the M or the A button.

Vrin, With a free hosting account, SMTP and PHPMail are enabled, but im pretty sure abusing them is NOT a wise choice. As for signing up, I think you'll have to just wait around for an admin to stop by and get you registered, or be denied by said admin... Sorry for the inconvience!

Probably still your username/password is wrong. Double check that everything is correct and exact, as cPanel is case sensitive
