If the entire server were down I'd say the admins should stop unplugging the server's power for charging their iPods or cell phones! :P But now that you mention it, I can't get into cpanel either. I'm also on lotus. Give it a bit, it'll magically come back (*eyes the admins*) =)

Oh yeah you can also edit your website with the online html editor built in with the File Manager, which helps a lot if you know the code and are using a different computer for a quick page edit.

What's great about x10 is that it has everything a person needs to build a simple website including some emails they can hook on with their registered domain, and of course it's free! ;)
