This was resolved, but now it seems to be a problem again. Well, for me at least.

On the https://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison page, it says that Python, Perl, and CGI are enabled, but in the https://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison page it says they are all disabled. Which is more accurate, and why aren't they the same?

Assuming only one server is currently affected by this error, your server is level. (I am also having this issue) There is nothing that can be immediately done, but when the Admins become aware of it, the problem should be quickly fixed.

What server are you on? I believe this is a problem that only the admins can fix. Although, that part about "License has a future date" would imply that this problem should fix itself, assuming the "future date" is not too far away.

Play a .wav file might be the issue, do you have a .mp3 you could use? (Not entirely sure about that, but when I tried it in FireFox it asked me to install a plugin to play it) (Also, on YouTube, the sound is put on there differently. They use a custom flash (or html5) player, to play the file...

I believe that the 2 out of 4 databases error is caused by the other database software being disabled for Free Hosting. I am not sure about the Email Account issue though.

Sorry, but if you were suspended for more than 14 days, which it sounds like you would have been, your site would have been automatically deleted.

There should be more sections for just discussing instead of just web related stuff. Like wasn't there a section for debates?

What server are you on?

You must log into the control panel, not just visit the site. If it has been more than 14 days since your suspension, your account may have been terminated.

Aren't all connections closed at the end of file?

I was told it's still being worked on.

Are you using the web based file manager, or an FTP client?

Does it work on other browsers? Try clearing your cache and cookies if it does.

When will this be done? I removed it yesterday, and have been waiting. Most of my members do not know how to access my website without the subdomain.
