I guess this is solved now. Sometimes it takes time for the change to spread across the internet. Since the internet is a large network of sorts, it takes time for each server to figure out where to send people.

I look a little online, and this seems to be a cPanel thing. Does it not allow this because the root is in use? From a different point of view, it may consider this the same as trying to do freereads.google.com, but I am no expert in this kind of thing, just guessing on it.

Would hotlinking prevent this?

Before the move from boru to level, it worked fine. After the move to level I get this error: Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set I have changed nothing to make it error either.
