Nearly no ISPs supports it yet. I live in Sweden and we are, and probably always be, long before US in Internet (We already got affordable, public, 1 Gbps internet here), and as I know, it is impossible to get IPv6 here. So I can't see the use of IPv6 on VPSs/free accounts.
