Yeh, but read the last part, if you want more access over the system, VPS is the only option. I don't know what limits are set on the paid SSH tho.

you were suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to these forums once every 31 days to keep yourself active. You can unsuspend yourself in your account panel.
