    if you only want to do the index to follow the rules, you could use your phpBB index.php as index. Just put your forum in the root directory and you got your index. Just waht I think you try to do

    Ah I thought you meant that you wanted the users to be able to install them. Sorry for the missunderstanding :D. I don't need them since I am not of a great PHP user. But when I am, I gonna install it myself since I got an own x10 VPS :P

    Emulators is illegal since 1. You need the BIOS, which is illegal to obtain 2. well, you need the games.
