It could be a glitch caused by account transfers from lotus to the new hardware. It looks like apache is down on lotus for now, so I would wait until the new hardware is up and running and see if there is still an issue.

Yes, it does have to do with cossacks. Due to the hard drive failing on cossacks, accounts have been moving over to a new server. This is the third day of moving accounts, so I would assume that it shouldn't take much longer to finish moving all the accounts, but I'm not sure. Keep up to date...

Cossacks and Lotus accounts are still being moved to the new server. Because of the large amount of accounts, this takes a large amount of time. You should be able to access cPanel once the move is complete.

There are many accounts on the lotus server. This is why it is taking so long to move accounts over. After the move is complete, things should run smoothly.

You should probably post this in the tutorial topic, but I'll give my best shot to help. The tutorial directions say this: You said you uploaded a web.config. Try removing that and see if it solves your problem.

I would probably submit a ticket, as this is a DNS issue that must be solved by the admins.
