I suggest osCommerce. It does everything you require and is really easy to use. See it in action here I'm just building one now lol. PS Its also available to install through cPanel :)

Erm can't really comment on the content as there doesn't appear to be any. The layout is clean and clear and the website itself seems to be easy enough to navigate around. You really need to update though because I am at a total loss as to what the website is actually for.

Thanks Coonz, I agree with the top banner kinda ruining the layout although I need to keep the X10 one because its required for the corporate hosting package and I kinda didn't want it interfering with the rest of the site. The other ads are a little more flexible, I'm still experimenting...
