    You need to update your MX record to point to Google. They are currently set to the local server. You can search Google Apps for instructions on how to set the MX records.

    You'll need the files to be .php. You can use mod_rewrite to make it look like they're .html files (for the purposes of maintaining links you've had for a while, etc)

    PHP is already enabled. You just need to have a .php file, with PHP code inside.

    We don't support CGI scripts on free hosting--if they were working, they shouldn't have been. I would recommend using PHP to do this--as we will always support PHP.

    For clarification, the planned maintenance on XO1-XO4 took approximately 5 minutes. XO2 Didn't come up from the reboot because of the underlying filesystem inconsistency.
