Email client can not sync with email server on Secure SSL/TLS Settings configuration

We disabled SSLv3 because of the POODLE security issue, however this should not cause any problems, really. If it is, try updating your mail client.

Forum account privacy settings do not work

They still work--you can see yours because you're logged in. I just opened an incognito window, and it showed both of you as offline., whereas mine is online. https://labs.neilhanlon.com/ss/2014-11-07_0944.png

Account Suspended: "Bots were found installed to the account". Which?!?

The decision on this account is final. Due to the nature of these appeals, no further information will be divulged. I have just performed a tertiary review of the account, and have confirmed that the suspension will stand. I am locking this topic.

    Redirect server error

Hi, This is being caused by something in your .htaccess file. I've moved it out of the way. I would recommend looking it over to see what may be causing the errors.

552 Disk full - please upload later

Paid hosting is an option, as long as you're below 300,000 files. I'm in no way trying to just upsell you to Premium, but if you want small-ish sized maps, you'd need it.

552 Disk full - please upload later

Not exactly. There's also a hard limit on inodes on premium. Our normal, baseline Infinity plans are capped at 300,000 inodes.

    RewriteBase in .htaccess File

This is not a server issue. It is a scripting issue. As the web developer and webmaster, it is your responsibility to take care of this. I'm moving this thread to Scripts and 3rd Party Applications.

552 Disk full - please upload later

This is not a server issue, but an issue with your account. You are over your disk quota, mostly due to the fact that you have over 400,000 files stored on your account. We have a hard limit of 50,000 files on our free hosting service, to protect against abuse.

Can no longer serve gzip compression since update to Apache 2.4

Hi, We no longer support mod_deflate. All sites are currently cached using a Reverse Proxy setup with Varnish Cache, which would eliminate the need for any compression, as it's done automatically.
