Your account was terminated. Everything is gone and you'll have to start over from scratch. Try one of the paid hosting plans (very cheap, a great deal) and you'll get more frequent backups. However, I am almost certain that even if a paid account is terminated, its backups are deleted as well.

Not sure how I ended up with 2, but that might do it. I don't see anything in the simple editor. I'll check the advanced one. Found it! Apparently I have a lot of A Records that are identical for the blog but one that's different. That should fix it. Thanks for your help!

I'm still getting a 403 error. My blog isn't hosted on x10 and I don't want my A Record pointing to it. I need it pointing to the IP in the original post (tumblr.com).

The main site on mcse7en.com is working fine. It's the blog A Record that isn't. The staff added it back a few weeks (months?) ago when we didn't have DNS Zone Edit capability in Cpanel.
