If I'm on the Ad-Enhanced Advanced plan (text link ads) am I allowed to put the ads at the bottom of the page? I thought I read that they had to be somewhere that is visible when the page loads without having to scroll down, but, on this thread it says different...

This is good news to hear. I'm just wondering, my account is only a couple days old since I upgraded to ad-enhanced. I never requested Intermediate php but it says that I have it. Is that an automatic upgrade or something?
