Lotus Apache HTTP is offline again, the 4th time today. This is not good, especially when I'm trying to generate traffic and my efforts will be pointless if people get a Page Load Error.

I don't normally use IE but sometimes I do and I cannot access cPanel (2082) or Webmail (2095) with IE. With FireFox it loads great and I am able to login to both. With IE it instantly goes to a "The Webpage Cannot Be Displayed" page.

Thanks, That cleared it up. There were a bunch of large files that started with cpanel.upload and ended with a bunch of letters and numbers. Can you tell me why that happened and how to prevent it?

There actually is a problem, I deleted everything from my site, and cPanel still says 238.34/300 MB is used. So when I do try to upload stuff to my site through FTP I do not have that much room and FTP keeps saying critical error because there is no more space left but this cannot be true.
