    I do see that your usage is only small as you stated ~35MB. I can also see DirectAdmin is stating the same when viewing your account on our end : Disk Usage34.8 MB / 512 MB Can you confirm if you are still seeing this error or having any current issues within the service?

    Upgraded classic Free service to Starter, 30 day inactivity removed or not?

    I have updated the service to not require the 30 day login. however, this is only valid while on the yearly starter plan!

    I've paid twice for the upgrade.

    The starter package is a subscription based service so it will automatically be paid via your PayPal after the first year of sign up therefore, there is no manually intervention required. If you do believe paying this twice doing so manually caused a double charge please direct message me here...
