I believe restoration is your best option. It appears that somehow the domain and associated data were removed.

Resolved HTTP 503 Backend fetch failed

A lot of people have noticed this if the PHP version they have chosen doesn't work with their website software. Can you log in to DirectAdmin and make sure your PHP version is right? You can also add or remove modules like mysqli or imagemagik that may be required.

Resolved I deleted it all and can't now connect through ftp

I would delete the domain from DirectAdmin and then add it again. Hopefully DirectAdmin will re-create some of the metadata that was deleted. At bare minimum, just create these folders (~ is your home folder, which is /home/virtu152): ~/domains/ ~/domains/[your domain name here]/...

Resolved Database connection error in website / phpMyadmin not accesible

Your database was locked by a process that did not terminate correctly. I was going to ask if you wanted a backup, but since you've truncated it, I guess you must be happy with what you got. estories_wp394 has been dropped.

Resolved Database connection error in website / phpMyadmin not accesible

I see that estories_wp394 exists. I'm working on having it removed, but I need to make sure that will happen properly. Admins, if you see this, feel free to take over.

    Resolved I can't access DirectAdmin

The emails were always offered as a courtesy, but people got too much into relying on them. Back when x10 started, you never got emails for inactivity or for suspension; you just had to remember. Someone even made a Chrome browser plugin to remind you! The thing is, emails can get blocked, or...

Resolved serious problem on x15 server

I'm not an admin, but I did try to check if I saw any files. There's nothing inside of ~/domains/[your domain]/public_html and there's nothing in ~/.trash either. I'll leave this for a few days for the admins to gander at, but I would be surprised if there's anything they can do. Please don't...

Resolved Apache is functioning normally & Can't add domain to Cloudflare

The easiest thing to do is use CloudFlare in "flexible" mode and tell it to proxy somesite.tld. In DirectAdmin, use the pointers to make somesite.tld point to somesite.x10 Cloudflare will serve up somesite.x10 as somesite.tld with or without SSL

    Resolved An error was encountered

You don't need to be on the same IP every time, but public (abused) VPNs will almost certainly be flagged. Private VPNs should be OK. If you get an error where the connection is dropped or the server doesn't reply at all when you go to your website, it would mean you were flagged. I usually see...

Resolved Apache is functioning normally with Cloudflare

It should be fine; Cloudflare isn't blocked. You should be able to give CloudFlare your server IP address so they can set up your DNS. You have to set the SSL to "flexible" mode or it won't work. Your server IP address is: 198.91.81.11

Resolved Database connection error in website / phpMyadmin not accesible

It seems strange that no one else is reporting this issue on x10. The google issue is not related; x10 hosts everything in house. What is your server and port you are using?
