    Your server is x13 and it appears that x13 is now having the same issue that was resolved on x14 yesterday. Perhaps they both were having this yesterday, but I was only able to confirm it just now. I will update this thread with any updates.

    @mathsmoo @jbwebx10 I have added you to this thread for tracking. It appears x13 also has the licensing error at this time. The admin team is working on this same issue on a different server

    This is related to a licensing error on x14. The redirects are failing because the licensing error and if you try to bypass the SSO and log in directly, you get a license error message. The admin team is working on a resolution.

    Splitting thread. This can happen for a small number of bad password attempts. It could be FTP, email, DirectAdmin, etc. It was not a hacking attempt; your account should be fine.

    can you log in via https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222 ? Please be aware this link is meant for troubleshooting only. You must use https://x10hosting.com/sso/main to log in or you will be detected as inactive.
