It was not suspended in the system. I did put a suspension on and then lifted it immediately. If that didn't work, then I'll ask for admin help.

The email does not work on your phone only?

The second link is working, so it may have been a temporary issue. You should be able to use FTP if I'm correct. Can you try logging in again at https://x10hosting.com/sso/main and then go to CPanel?

The DNS transfer from the old system to the new system seems to have suffered the most errors. What you did makes perfect sense. I'll keep the ticket open a few more days just in case.
