    Your account is not linked to this forum account and the domain in your forum signature isn't linked to x10hosting free either. Do you have a user name or domain name I can reference?

    I don't see that error when I load the page. Is it possible you are behind a firewall or proxy that could be generating an error?

    Unfortunately, you must log in once every 30 days (not once a month, which could be 31) Illuminated is no longer a service that is offered, so your plan is actually x10hosting free, which is what everyone has right now who does not pay for x10hosting premium.

    @spacresx is correct. Right now there is one active staff member tending to all of free hosting and she has had some work commitments. There are only a few posts right now that I have her flagged for, so I'm sure she'll get to it in the next few days.

    @goplanetsdesign36 (tagging you so you get a notification) There are no backups. What most likely happened is someone was able to perform an XSS attack. They embed some javascript into a post on your website, so when visitors open the page they are redirected. It's likely nothing on your side...

    I'm not sure exactly what is affecting your account. It is probably this: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/apache-is-functioning-normally.208159/ But your IP is also flagged as being from an ISP in a country that is not supported by x10. I'm going to defer this to the admin team.

    It would be difficult to have those backups go to your home computer. The easiest thing to do is to copy them using FTP or DirectAdmin and then delete them from the server.
