6mb is a pretty small database. I don't understand what you're asking for. The quotas are limits on file storage size and file quantity. Do you want help trying to find out why you're near or over quota before I ask an admin to look?

Restorations are usually impossible. There was a backup made last year, but that might not even exist anymore. Last time I saw this issue, the user backed up the database and re-installed the software, then restored the database.

It's hard to say because that depends on the server on the other end. Can you try your same code with something like http://microsoft.com or another well-known website?

Your DNS doesn't resolve to an x10hosting free server for either of those domains. The IP address doesn't look like one of x10's premium servers either, but x10 has been doing some changes, so maybe it's a new one.

503 is a PHP backend error. It looks like it's a major fault in PHP that prevents it from even logging. Please check your PHP version via DirectAdmin -> Plugins and make sure that it is correct for your script; both version of PHP and applicable plugins.
