SSL annoys me. It's not supposed to be compulsory, but if you don't use it, browsers through up error messages. I think it's a bit of a scam, especially where you have to pay for SSL.

Try the archive at https://web.archive.org/. It's possible that they have it there. I had a look for you, and they don't have the graphics, but they do have the html. Have a bit of a rummage, you might find more.

To answer your question about premium hosting support: it's great! I've been a customer for years and haven't a bad word to say about x10Premium. If your site is very important to you, perhaps you should consider the premium side.

I had the same problem. I posted here about it and Eric sorted it so that the paypal button was restored. But be careful. I then paid, but paypal took an automatic payment for it again the next day. So make sure that your subscription has been cancelled.
