    Not accpeting new users

Hi, As of right now we don't have any dates or times or even general ideas of when we might open up signups to more countries. We generally re-evaluate our list(s) about once a year, so feel free to keep checking back in! Our premium and VPS services don't have any sort of restrictions as far...

    A question about cloud flare

No replies simply means that people are busy and haven't got back to you. Patience is a virtue. This is community support. You don't get to complain about free community support. I've disabled cloudflare and removed the records relating to it.. Try re-adding it. And follow any instructions it...

    Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Hi Mishelle, Currently you have a 405MB wordpress backup (from softaculous) that's eating most of the space on your account. That being said, you're still using over 50% of your disk space if you remove that backup. As for ToS, you're looking good. Do keep in mind that we limit photo and video...

We disable the proc_open() function for security reasons.. I'm not sure if mediawiki can function without this. I'd look around on google or ask the mediawiki.

Really need Your help, my stupidity failed me.

I've not called you a liar, however I do have to speak with one of the other staff members on the proper protocol for this. I can't simply reset your password for you -- we have a lot of back-end systems that need to be synchronized, which is all done through the account panel. To be honest, I...

Really need Your help, my stupidity failed me.

The best way to prove that it is your account is to post from the linked forum account to your hosting account. Currently, that is not the case. However, you *should* be able to reset your password if you know your email address. I'll save you a bit of trouble... it's not the one you mentioned...
