You could just add the new domain as an additional domain in your current service, then make the new the default domain and delete the original one. You would do this in the account panel (x10hosting.com/panel) No need to actually terminate the service to achieve what you want.

Just want to say, the number one most common reason you can not reach site/directadmin is the IP you connect from is blocked by firewall, which will happen if you fail logins to any service on there (ftp, email etc). This is especially true when it works for others or from another network.
