Where are you prompted to login? I'm not really familiar with SitePad itself, but I have done a quick test of using it and it does appear to login me in automatically when I go there from within Softaculous in DirectAdmin.

Try clearing your browser cache. Due to how redirection to the suspended page is done it can sometimes stick in cache for a little bit before clearing (should clear on its own if you just have a bit patience though).
