    After a certain period of time inactive accounts passwords will expire to prevent accounts from being hacked. As for the disk full issue that may be possible your service was stuck during a quota refresh that needed to complete.

    I do not see the error we can see that you transferred files successfully and that the client then timed you out after the transfer? You may also switch to passive mode on the FTP client to see if that helps.

    i am not aware of anyone from our team getting to this but i would assume any cache plugins or maybe local DNS cache was the main cause. Either way glad to hear you are seeing it working!

    I would recommend reverting the changes made and also review any .htaccess rules.

    Your disk space is no longer full now. You would need to move the folders and files over to your secondary domain manually via file manager or FTP as the domain name will not work as mentioned above regardless of your space.
