The issue comes as you first set your subdomain with the "www.". You should never put that before your domain when setting is as primary, or addon/parked. I've fixed the issue and your subdomain is working now.

You can change your primary domain at the AMP: http://x10hosting.com/account (you need to set it WITHOUT the "www.").

Set two NS records pointing to: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com Then you can change your main domain at your AMP, or set it as an Addon or Parked domain on cPanel.

When you change your main domain, you should set it WITHOUT the "www.", if now it will not work correctly. Feel free to re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
