I removed your IP from the block list, you should be able to connect now. Go to FileZilla settings and TOTALLY disable multiple connections.

I just successfully registered by the main page (Joomla). I first got a confirmation email, and when activating the account I got the welcome email.

FileZilla opens lots of connections even if you put 10, it will open much more. Leave it in 1 and you'll have no problems.

When you create a subdomain it asks you where you want it to be "hosted". It asks for a path, like: public_html/yoursubdomain.yourdomain.com So in the public_html folder you should have a folder where should go ALL the content of your subdomain.

How did you set your domain to work with x10hosting? You pointed to x10 nameservers or you added an A record..?

Your IP is not on the firewall temporary block list anymore, so you should be able to connect. If you're using many connections, the firewall will temporary block your IP Address. Go to FileZilla settings, and disable "Multiple connections".
