When its from multiple people and not many big companys then you it is pocket change and had very little effect on the recession. What did have a big effect was the ripping off that the banks were doing to consumers. Again you can't trust business to do the right thing.

i have these problems and that the theme is the basic and many of the disabled features are enabled again i beleve that this is due to the server move so it is easier to do because i had to do the same thing for one of mine that was at a relatives datacenter.

Well at this time x10 is having its free servers moved so this is likley due to that. If this contunues to occur after the completion of the migration which will be announced in the news and announcements by corey please create a thread in free hosting support.

The migration is taking so long because it is A LOT of work. They have to move server hardware, account data, reconfigure everything, add the new backend system and all while causing as little downtime as possable. Keep in mind that x10 is not a big business and corey is doing a lot of the work...

This is the same issue many have been having. The changes you make are not being reflected on the server. This is due to the migration and matinence. This is still going on and will be done in a few days.

you need to use your ftp user and password the ftp user is cpaneluser@yourdomain your password is the same as cpanel if you have additional problems they are likley due to the server migration.
