    Are you stating that when you click "Control panel" from your dashboard it does not automatically log you in? I was unable to reproduce this from our backend access. Can you attempt to use a different browser and let us know the results? We had some reports with issues on FireFox.

    I do not see this service actually suspended at this time. You are not required to have an unsuspended account to upgrade to premium. When ordering your premium service make sure to check the box that you wish to migrate service and enter the proper domain to migrate.

    What domain name are you attempting to change this to? You must first create a new domain before removing any current primary.

    web ftp may not work currently on the device. You should be able to download an FTP application for your device and use the previously mentioned settings by our member. The easiest way to upload via the web would be via the file manager found inside your direct admin panel.

    I am unsure which dashboard sidebar you are referring to. You may submit a screenshot of the error and edit as needed. If this is coming from your software install this is an issue within the software
