Yeah, Chopin seems to be well & truly down.

Hi, I've been having trouble accessing my subdomains (e.g. blog.meadia.com.au and home.meadia.com.au) so I opened a ticket as per the post on the x10 status blog but almost a month later I still haven't received a reply and I still can't access any of my subdomains. The ticket is number #13389...

I'm still waiting for a reply on my ticket (#13389). As they've said they have a huge backlog of tickets to get through but it'd still be nice to know roughly where they're up to and/or how long they expect it'll take to catch up. Still, I know they're hard at work so I'm not complaining! :)

Hi! I am trying to add podopia.co.cc as an addon domain to my account. Even though I have registered the domain and pointed it at x10's DNS servers I get the following message: I haven't ever tried to use the domain on x10 before as far as I can remember. My email archives show no record of it...

I can log into cPanel fine but once in it only displays "cpsrvd/11.24 Server at phantomcode.x10hosting.com" I have checked my user control panel and it says my account is in good standing yet I am unable to access my site at phantomcode.x10hosting.com or use cPanel. Sorry if this is something...

I have noticed that about half the time when I try to log onto my site's ftp I get a 421 response ("75 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry"). I'm sure there must be plenty of other people who have to same problem too. Is there any chance of raising the maximum to, say, 100 or...
