I have removed this block. This block was for failed SSH access attempts. This would be based on the FTP client you used to upload your files. Only standard FTP protocol is allowed on free hosting as some will attempt to use a SFTP or similar.

Your IP has been removed the reason for the block was attempted SSH access. This would include SFTP or other modes that are not normal FTP protocol.

I do not see the IP address you used to make a post on this forum blocked in our system. It may be that this expired and hopefully this issue is not occurring. If this is still happening feel free to message me directly the IP address this is happening on so I can review this further.
