Hello, the advanced plan requires the text based ad on your page, that can be anywhere on the page, only the corporate ad has to be on a page where you do not need to scroll. If you place the advanced ad on your pages that is sufficient to prevent suspension.

Well first of all you are only allowed to host one. Secondly, which one do you want terminated? Thirdly, They both work fine now.
