Hello, please login to the user area of your Domain Registrar and change the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com Once you have done this, park the domain in cpanel. The other option is change your primary domain to it rather than parking it, but i recommend parking the domain.

Hello, this could be caused by the wrong username and/or password being inputted into the ftp client. As the FTP username, you should be using haphtoo, and the password is your cpanel password. If this doesn't work have you tried making an ftp account to see if one you make works?
