Remember to check the error logs in cpanel. They are often forgotten, and can be very good when solving these sorts of problems. If something shows up more than once, from the same file, you immediately know where to look-you can save yourself a lot of time. Hope this helps :)

^ at the end of the day, the choices are endless, and when I first set up my site, I spent a long time trialing CMS's and forums-it took about 3 tries to find the right ones. Just stick at it. Googling "top 10 forum software" or something along those lines was something I found helpful, too...

Same, also getting v. slow phpmyadmin. I hope and think its temporary...

Try creating a new ftp username in cpanel, and setting the home directory to public_html, and use those details in frontpage.

There are a few intermittant issues with this at the moment, however, I am not getting this error on your site...the connection is just timing out. Give it a couple of days, and see if it improves.

Windows Start>Run>Type "cmd">okay. Type "ping lotus.x10hosting.com" into the command prompt window and press enter. There you have it :) There are probably other ways of doing it, its just this is mine.
