Alternate cpanel URL?

I wonder if anyone can help with this general query...

My school blocks access to port 2082, so I can't get to my cpanel. Is there an alternate URL I can use?

I'm on Lotus.

currently, no. But when we upgrade cPanel back to 11.25 (when they have fixed the bugs), there will be a link that goes over port 80

as far as I know using cpanel.mysite.x10hosting.com as alternative always worked.

Of course you need to change mysite.x10hosting.com to the actual url of your site.

that is a feature of cpanel 11.25, which currently is not installed

you could always try mysite.x10hosting.com/cpanel too

Iv'e tried both of those. mysite.x10hosting.com/cpanel just redirects to the port 2082 address.

oddly enough it does work for me on my free test account. And it has for a few months. I have also suggested that previously as an alternative and so far no one has said it doesn't work for them...

I just tested again, I can login just fine on my free account using http://cpanel.ladyanna.exofire.net/
cPanel Version: 11.24.5-RELEASE

I suppose it could just be a silent redirect to the :2082 address though.
