If you find nothing there, you need to contact an account manager to check your account for faults before it is automatically deleted after 10 (Edited to 10, thanks LadyAnna for the heads up) days of suspension. :)

Looks like you have a script that is consuming a lot of resources. You need to track it down, as it looks like Corey issued you with a personal suspension (not such a good thing). If you don't find the script, the chances are your account will continue to be suspended, and eventually banned.

There was someone earlier with this same problem. Follow the link on your suspended page (website) to the thing where it says the reason you're suspended, or check the suspension report in the account panel.

It may be to do with the ISP catching up with what we do to our domains :)

Backups are the responsibility of the end user. So in other words: Incase of data loss, you're on your own mate! :D

This data loss happened to me on Lotus the other day. The databases were rolleb back by about 2 months. It just corrected itself after an hour or so. The link from MySQL to accounts was broken, so the server defaulted back to the latest working one, in my case, 2 months prior. Hope this helps :)

It just stops users from making any posts or anything that involves the databases which could upset the system even more. Just incase really. Good luck :)

By the way, DO NOT apply a database backup for an hour or so, as if admin are working on them, and are applying links etc. they could be corrupted if you start messing from your end too.

Yeah, 99% sure. I think admin must be applying an update, which is causing http and cpanel to go down, then everything to come back online, before they have the chance to rebuild the MySQL links. The exact same symptoms happened on Lotus yesterday (or the day before, can't remember.) Keep...

Should do. I paniked. The most recent database backup I have is about a month old-a long time in terms of changes. Lucky for me, all the databases came back as admin restored the MySQL-server links. The same should happen in your case. Give it an hour. Hope this helps. :)

Don't worry, everything will be fine, just give it an hour. If you have the option to take your site offline and prevent user access, do so. The exact same thing happened to me, and I also paniked, but by the time I had done so, and opened support tickets etc, the databases were back. Hope...

There may be an error in your .htaccess file. Check your domain is parked correctly in cpanel. Check your domain is listed under addon domains. :) Hope this helps. :)
