The account panel is located on a different server, if I'm not mistaken the same one as these forums are. Through out the day I have been able to get to the other servers without any issues, it is ONLY Boru I hit a dead end with, and that as early as the default gateway at my ISP. Boru it self...

do you see the captcha at all? Seem it is blocked by some "ad block" plugins as it is both an ad and a captcha. Also I know it is fairly common that people treats it as a riddle, rather then actually copying the text as instructed.

Yeah, seem your IP shows up (it doesn't when replies are added through the account panel). Not sure where the problem is, I tried a tracert to boru from my computer and it died at my ISP :/

Are you loging in through account panel, by clicking the "login to cpanel" button, or by going to starka.x10hosting.com:2083? If the later do note that the username is different from your forum and account panel username.
