Warez/nulled scripts comes under the zero tolerance policy so the account will not be unsuspended.

If the content that is not in English, Spanish or French is a minor part of the site it would pass as valid. Linking to sites that are in other languages are fine. The site at rlslog.net would not be allowed, as it from what I can see offers links / downloads of cracked software.

Not sure there's actually a way to change the password for the database user, but you can always delete it and recreate it through cPanel, under databases.

I'll escalate this so an admin can take a look. Normally suspensions for nulled scripts are permanent. To help your case please login to the support area and provide proof that you have a valid license.
