Your database is most likely still there, the problem is that the connection to the mySQL server does fail, and as a result of this cPanel does not see it, nor can the scripts you have connect to the database.

commands, such as unsuspension requests, are processed in the order they are added to a system queue. During upgrades that queue was halted temporarily, which means it has some catching up to do, but the system will eventually get to your request and process that as well.

There's no ssh access on the free accounts. You can unzip them through the filemanager in cPanel though.

Just for information, there's a Spanish section for support as well. During upgrades of cPanel it the execution of commands, such as unsuspending, were temporarily halted. It may take some time for the queued commands to catch up, which is why it does take a bit longer time to get unsuspended...

They are not gone, it's just the connection to the mySQL server that is acting up. I'm working on getting hold of an administrator that can sort this issue. It could also be Corey have started swapping the server out, though he usually makes a post about those things before starting, he did...
