With my very limited Spanish skills I'm guessing that you are waiting for your account to be created. Due to the recent upgrade of cPanel on one server, the queue has some catching up to do which leads to a longer waiting period for the accounts to be activated.

The actual account won't be created until the e-mail address has been confirmed, have you done so? Also not that during times of high load it can take more then 30 minutes for the account to be setup, if you still haven't gotten the account activated 24 hours after you confirmed the e-mail...
