What do you mean by "can't access"?
On that page in the Account Panel, do you see two buttons, one saying "Login to cPanel" ? (if not, and you are using IE8, use FireFox).
If you see it and click on it, what happens?
Do you get a login page?
The system still shows you as suspended, with no reason, but your site is accessable.
I will forward the "bug" on to the Admins to look into, but if you have no other issues (can access cPanel, FTP, etc), please let us know.
As mentioned, you are not suspended.
That number on your Suspension page is an error that many accounts have.
Your site on the new server is not displaying apparently because the Admins have not finished configuring your new server.
Several members on absolutnew have reported the same problem, so it does relate to the server move.
I have passed the information along to the Admins.
Have you tried to FTP in or to use cPanel (go in via Account Panel) ?
Apparently the new servers have the default memory limit for PHP (32M), while the old servers had be increased to 64M. I will alert the Admins. With everything else they need to do, no promises as to when they will adjust the settings.

Is it just a connection failure or have you tried phpMyAdmin or any of the other cPanel tools? The "number of databases" on the cPanel page has been known to be incorrect.
You are on borunew and it seems to be having a problem with PHP. You are not alone.
