    Resolved Getting error 503

It works for me, but with a LOT of php warnings and errors. RoundCube works fine. You should disable warnings and errors in your software so malicious users can't use that information to find bugs in your software. Anyway, is there anything that would have changed on your end? Did you change...

Resolved how much upload size do I have?

For security reasons, you should not leave a page with phpinfo() available. It just gives potential hackers information to work with. It's not a backdoor or anything crazy, but you should try to minimize these things. I recommend taking it down or hiding it behind a password.

    Resolved Cloud flare

Yes. Your server is x15, so when CloudFlare asks, you need to give them x15's IP address: 198.91.81.15 CloudFlare will need an "A RECORD" and then that record points to this IP address. They have a lot of information on their site and across the web, so you should be able to figure it out...

Resolved how much upload size do I have?

    It's 64M on x12. You can verify this by doing a simple <?php echo ini_get("upload_max_filesize"); ?> http://gjr.x10.mx/qqqq.php I promise, that's the code. Not <?php echo "64M"; ?> :P

Resolved how much upload size do I have?

It's actually how many *simultaneous* files can be uploaded, not how big they are individually. x12 has 20 simultaneous files. This could be an interesting problem for the admins, or maybe the server is just busy.

Resolved Enter FTP credentials to proceed....

Upload size in php.ini is a server wide change set by the admins. If you have to upload something that large, you can always do it via DirectAdmin and install it manually. I'm not sure what that number is, but you're most likely correct about it being less than what you need...
