@alpinex3 I edited your post to remove your email addresses. You should make sure to make your email difficult for web scrapers to pick up, or else you'll get on some spammer list. eg. something[dot]else[at]domain[nospam]com It's not guaranteed, but at least you'll keep the cruddy bots away.

The files for your primary domain are served from ~/domains/[your domain name here]/public_html I'm still getting used to the new software, but when you say "root" path, you are using this path?

Sounds like maybe you were blocked. I'll ask an admin to check if you are.
