Website not accessible, but FTP possible

You can use ftp.[your website goes here] port 21 This will give you an invalid certificate error if your FTP tries to use FTPS. You can also use FTPS to x11.x10hosting.com since x11 is your server and it has a valid certificate. Please be aware that your server may change as x10 performs...

    Trouble opening cPanel

If you were to use the wrong URL for DA, it will not log you in properly. Your server is x13, so you'd have to log in to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 Please let's start with logging in to that page and see if that works. It will give us more information on where the problem lies, then I can...

    email certificate expired

The cert for x12 can be viewed at https://x12.x10hosting.com by viewing the cert in your browser. I believe this is the cert Thunderbird sees and it's what I'm talking about. The cert for your site is invalid because it was generated by cPanel and since we're not using cPanel, it did not get...

    Cannot Log Into CPanel

We have seen a small number of users not get transferred correctly due to the inactivity suspension system. I don't believe you have done anything wrong. @Anna can you please look at this account?

Http error 503 - Backend fetch failed

I see no reason why you can't put everything back the way you had it. We've pretty conclusively proved it's an Apache configuration.

Subdomains do not work after cpanel update

I don't see the option in DA. You can do this via RewriteRule. Please see this and reply to this thread if you need help. https://coolestguidesontheplanet.com/redirecting-a-web-folder-directory-to-another-in-htaccess/

Http error 503 - Backend fetch failed

Maybe this? IndexOptions +SuppressIcon Or disable the fancy index IndexOptions -FancyIndexing FancyIndexing This turns on fancy indexing of directories. SuppressIcon This will suppress the icon in fancy indexing listings. Combining both SuppressIcon and SuppressRules yields proper HTML 3.2...

Subdomains do not work after cpanel update

I think this is a default file DA throws in the folder for this subdomain's public_html. The subdomain lives in a subfolder of your main domain. I just created a test subdomain and this is the same thing I see.

Http error 503 - Backend fetch failed

I think you can do it through Options -Indexes Or by using RewriteRule. But I think doing the autoindex and also creating your own icons folder is not a good mix. Renaming the folder or turning off autoindexes would be my recommendation.

    email certificate expired

The second pic was IMAP and not POP3. I can get you the POP3 settings since ThunderBird will sniff them out for me. I see the cert is good until 5/19/2020; I'm not sure if you're seeing something cached or the way I checked it isn't right. POP3 is port 110

@Anna can you please check this one for a transfer issue due to inactivity?

Http error 503 - Backend fetch failed

The icons folder is because of mod_autoindex, I think. Apache is creating the folder because Options +Indexes in .htaccess (or should I say, lack of -Indexes)? https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_autoindex.html It's not clear from the documentation, but the pictures used in the automatic...
