First step is adding the domain in DirectAdmin, either as a separate site or as a domain pointer to your current domain. Then at your registrar set it to use our nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com

The error code indicates a commercial IP, this often means VPN or proxy being in use, neither of them are allowed to use for connecting to our free hosting servers. Only public residential IPs are. Make sure you are not connected to a VPN or proxy before trying to login again.

Are you by any chance connected to a VPN or proxy? The error indicates you are connecting from a commercial IP which usually means that one of those are in use. This is not allowed with free hosting so make sure you turn any VPN or proxy connection of before attempting to login.

The country you are in is one we currently do not allow new users from, but as an existing user I have just set an exception to your account and you should now be able to login properly.
