are you sure you've got the right username and password? You created the user using Cpanel's MySQL Databases tool?

The host is indeed localhost.

WHM, CPanel's backend, is extremely good at correcting issues by itself. Sometimes you just have to wait a little bit for CPanel or a staff member to notice and restart the service. I don't have the power to change anything, but it is possible a staff member saw this thread and corrected it...

I can't find any conclusive evidence that it would be allowed. It looks like it uses MySQL tables to store the messages, which is what we don't want to have. It never once asks you to sign up for an outside service. I would find it unusual that it would be allowed with the information I have...

Your domain is not added correctly. Are you getting an error like: Error from park wrapper: perrosnegrosflagfootball.com.mx is already registered to another user?

Are you using CpanelUserName_MySQLUserName for the user and CpanelUserName_MySQLDatabaseName for the database? In example, if my CPanel name was gr and I named my user wordpress, the user name is actually gr_wordpress.

That's supposed to be a temporary error. But, because it's happened for so long, I think it's reasonable to say you need staff help at this point. I am escalating this to staff attention.
