Because of the nature of your business, I don't think that an X10 free hosting account is appropriate for you. I will have a staff member look into it, but I don't think that this sort of thing will be allowed in any context on any host, paid or free.

There are some violations that are negotiable. For example, if you negligently created a site that was not in one of the languages allowed on X10, you would be suspended, but that is a minor issue. X10 could be held liable if a site is malicious and they take no action to prevent it from happening.

Most people are here for the same reasons :biggrin: I like to mention it anyways because some people don't realize there is an advantage to paid hosting and there are packages that are only $20 USD/year (but only for a few more days is this offered)

It is frustrating, but if it is very important for your site to be 100% uptime, you should consider looking in to paid hosting. Free hosting will never be close to 100% for the reasons adamparkzer mentioned.

There is a zero tolerance policy for any suspected phising activity. Once your account has been placed in this status, it will not be removed.

CPanel's back end is probably misbehaving due to some other server problem, there shouldn't be any long term issue. There are ongoing issues on all free hosts because users abuse the service. We do our best to remove them as quickly as possible, but there's 30,000 free accounts and less than 10...
