If you do have a license of VBulletin, you need to provide it since your account was suspended for using a suspected nulled script. If you need your license, talk to the VBulletin support team. If you don't have a license, you'd have to buy one from VBulletin for around $300 USD.

Either link works. If you want to force every link without the www subdomain to go to the www subdomain, I would look into using .htaccess

You can go to the Joomla! site and ask for help if you want Joomla! specific instructions. Also, your site need to be in english, french, or spanish if you want to have an account at X10hosting. Finally, I hope that your copy of VBulletin is not stolen, because that will be a problem for you...

It doesn't matter where you put it, but it must be visible on every page. Just copy it and paste it into your HTML code. If you use some kind of software (example Drupal or SMF) you can find an add on for adding a banner ad.

One more piece of advice, the developmental package expires at the end of this month. It's $20/year, which is by far less than any other of the paid packages, and has most of the same benefits, less the paid support access. You can check out the discussion here...

The development package is awesome and it is a terrific deal! I'd recommend everyone buy it while it's still available!

There is some downtime on paid hosting, but it is very very rare. There are very few accounts on a paid server compared to the free servers. In all the time that I've had my paid account (maybe 4-5 months) I've had one instance of downtime. The rest of the time my site has been extremely quick...

What software are you using? If you are suspended 3 times, your account will be closed.
